Maria’s offers modern, technically refined and innovative contemporary Mexican cooking in an aristocratic historical atmosphere. As you arrive you will see that the restaurant is a special place with a typical Mexican atmosphere exuding a unique charm. The variety of dishes on offer should be enough to satisfy all tastes. Albatros is a romantic restaurant providing an idyllic and unforgettable dining experience to share with friends. A more casual restaurant, Albatross serves exquisite cuisine in an equally elegant atmosphere adjacent to the pool area. Open from 07.00 to 11.30 for breakfast, for lunch from 12.00 to 16.00 and for dinner from 18.00 until 23.00.
Gaviotas is a colourful place to break for lunch and enjoy some delicious snack with an ice cold beer or cocktail. In the evenings Gaviotas heat up the beach and pool area with music and different kinds of activities. This is the resorts most casual venue and thus offers a more relaxed style of eating. Open for breakfast between 07.00 and 11.30, for lunch from 12.00 until 18.00 and for dinner from 18.00 until 23.00.
Il Pescatore mixes Italian style dining inside with Caribbean outside. This different style of dining has been manipulated to create an experience which is truly unique. Il Pescatore allows greater freedom for guests to create their own meal and have increased the variety of selections to do this.
