Moon Palace is a secluded yet vibrant and elegant resort, situated on Cancun’s South shore. It is a huge resort occupying a prime position on an expansive beach and offering luxurious accommodation with 2031 rooms and excellent dining. On entering the resort you will be amazed at the sheer size of these impressive grounds and will be directed to your chosen accommodation. Around 20 minutes from Cancun airport Moon Palace is divided into 2 sides the Nizuc side and the Sunrise side. A courtesy bus operates continuously between each side and also connects with the spa and golf course.

Accommodation
Each room is equipped with a superb Jacuzzi for two which overlooks your private balcony. In addition all rooms are air conditioned and have a choice of either I king size or 2 double beds. They also include flat screen and satellite TV, iron/ironing board, electronic security safe, coffee maker, mini bar, and a superb view of the Caribbean Sea. On the sunrise side the rooms feature a hammock on balcony whilst on the Nizuc side they include a coach.

Dining
Food and drink is available in an endless supply at Moon Palace. Restaurants on the Nizuc side;
El Manglar offers Italian cuisine and made to order pasta, open for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Arrecifes offers a unique Brazilian style of cooking known as Churrasquera during dinner. This is essentially a meat feast of beef fillet, pork, chicken and other meats served Kebab style at your table. Arrecifes is also open for breakfast and lunch.
Los Caporales is a Mexican restaurant serving lunch in a buffet style and dinner a la carte.
Palapa Delfines is a pool side restaurant/bar offering grill dishes at both lunch and dinner.
Palapa Pelicanos is a grill and barbecue pool side bar for lunch and dinner, you will also be able to enjoy live music and Sushi!
Restaurants on the Sunrise side;
Pugambilias is an international fine dining Mexican restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a night owl snack service from 00.00 until 04.00.
La Gondala is an Italian restaurant offering buffet service for breakfast and dinner.
Momo No Hana is a beautiful oriental restaurant serving dinner a la carte.
Palapa Fragata offers American and Mexican food as well as seafood for lunch and dinner in a buffet style.
Palapa Barracuda is a steak house open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style with a la carte in the evening. A full bar service is available at all restaurants throughout the resort and there is also 2 large lobby bars at each side.
In addition La Jungla offers live music between 22.00 and 01.00 and for those who want to dance the night away, Andromeda disco is open between 22.30 and 03.00.

Activities
One of the most popular activities at Moon Palace is golf, on the Jack Nicholas signature course - 3 courses of 9 holes, par 36 each. The club house also has bamboo (oriental cuisine) and La Trattoria (Italian Cuisine). Other activities include;
