Spice offers sumptuous buffets in a lively Cosmopolitan atmosphere
as well as an International a la carte menu. The impressive
show cooking stations will entertain and delight you whilst
your meal is prepared. Spice has huge windows allowing some
glorious views as you dine in air conditioned comfort. Open
from 07.00 to 11.30 for breakfast and 12.30 to 17.00 for lunch
and 18.00 to 23.00 for dinner.
Pelicanos is an eclectic restaurant mixing exotic Caribbean
and tasty Mexican in an avant-garde style that is totally unique.
The chef at Pelicanos has a remarkable way of combining flavours
and special spices which will leave a lasting impression on
your pallet. Open from 07.00 to 10.30 for breakfast, 11.30 to
17.00 for lunch and 18.0 to 23.00 for dinner.
Asiana is a great restaurant for those who love Oriental cuisine.
The vast array of food from the Far East includes Sushi, Tepanyaki
and Cantonese and Thai styles. The air conditioned restaurant
allows you to sit in a cosy booth or show cooking area where
you can watch the entertaining chefs at work providing a touch
of theatre to your meal.
Royal Chefs Plate offers International Haute cuisine featuring
a new and different dinner menu each day and skilfully prepared
by an International chef.
Tapas and Pinxos is a gourmet Spanish Tapas restaurant bringing
tasty specialities from Northern Spain and the Basque region
in a trendy and relaxing dining experience. Open from 18.00
to 23.00 for dinner. 24 hour all inclusive lounge is a great
place to relax with a bar, table games, plasma screen TV's and
some superb 24hour self service premium snacks so whatever the
time of day you can relax with a light snack and refreshing
beverage.
Lobby Bar overlooks the magnificent grounds from the Blue Caribbean
serving up live music every evening and a fantastic variety
of drinks from beer and wine to champagne, spirits and the most
popular cocktails. Open for Continental breakfast between 06.00
and 10.00, open for French pastries between 16.00 and 17.30,
and for live music between 21.00 and 00.00.
Tequileria and Cigar Bar is a great casual outdoor bar where
you can enjoy your favourite Tequila or smoke a fine cigar.
Its position allows you to enjoy expansive views of the resort
and its grounds, towards the pools and the Caribbean beyond.
The ambience is further enhanced by the soothing sounds of the
adjacent Mariachi fountain in the background. Open between 15.00
and 01.00.
Trade Winds Pool Bar and Swim up Bar provides two lively spots
to enjoy scrumptious snacks as well as your favourite beverage
whilst you bask in the sun. In the evening Trade Winds livens
up with contemporary music from around the world for you to
listen or dance to. Open from 10.00 to 23.00.

As well as having some of the areas best beaches, the entertainment
staff at The Royal Playa Del Carmen organise sports such as,
